Metal Casting Zone

I'm ok with spending a little money for some components, but with may super google and forum searching skills, i have yet to find a formulat for casting aluminum that has been outlined in detail.

I need to cast about 50 wax parts that are approximately 2" x 1" x 10". I have had no luck at figuring this out. I've gotten through the wax injection part and feel good with the wax parts. I just can't figure out whee to go from here. I've searched the site and can't find anything clear that describes the recipes and care for the slurrys and silica powders.

Anyone wanna help a noob?
