Today ,my sand casting workshop is cast an auto flywheel housing sample for one of my customer.
The housing is used for 4×4 drive car,or big SUV,some crazy drivers use the bigger engine for their cars.And the transmission use the old small one,so there is one problem,that is the connection.You know,the flywheel housing between the engine and transmission,so we need to change it with the bigger hole for engine and smaller hole for transmisson.Then,this customer come to me with this problem.
With this problem,I just only have a surprise,why?why u want to do this.I was a car engineer two years ago,I know the dangers hiding behind this change for drivers and the passengers.however,that is not my biggest problem.
My biggest problem is this housing was a die casting parts with perfect surface,how can I do to make the surface clearness like the older one by sand casting.My engineer just told me to set my heart at rest.And they develop one aluminum mold for my casting housing.The mold is machined by CNC machining which can preferably to the dimension.And today,when casting,a series of seting in the aluminum melting used for the casting,make the aluminum pureness and good for pouring to the sand moldel.The casting is perfect,the surface is good,and I just sent the picture to my customer,She is satisfy my work,and said will give me 5000 pcs order inthe nearly future.
This told me nothing is possible,I will try my best to satisfy my customer.Just like my plant's motto:With us you will free from broblems of aluminum casting.I am on the road,and I am waiting for my customers' calling.

Yongkang Dongrun Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004, which lies in Zhejiang Province. We are specialized in aluminum sand casting, aluminum die casting, permanent mold casting and cast aluminum.
