Hi:

What happened to your date format? 6 month and 3 days ago? What ever happened to July 27 2008? I would hate to see an old post. I guess this is what it might look like. 1 year 7 months 3 weeks and 4 days ago. This is one of the first things that I noticed about the forum.

When I click on the link sign up it tells me that "You are not authorised to view this resource." What has to be done so that I am authorized?

If I am on the home page and click on Metal Casting Home it brings up the next page. On the right hand side is Member Login. I figure that I should be able to click on this then log in. Well, it is not clickable, it is just text. What is one to do?

You are authorized because, Here you are posting. If it has Member Login with no boxes to login then you are logged in. Go over to the left column and click on "My Downloads" that should put you into the page for the books. This set up is different from most other forums, it took me a while to figure out. Good Luck.

Thanks for the Reply. What you have told me works and I thank you for that.

I still have issues with some of the other questions that I asked. I had expected that a moderator or Site administrator would have read the post and responded but that has not happened.

I guess they aren't interested in helping newbies to the forum.
