metal lathe, old and in need of tlc. no motor does have a little bit of weight to it
if you want it just pay the shipping and its yours let me know if your interested and ill try to weigh it out.

I received the lathe, after figuring out where the UPS guy hid it. It's everything Aonemarine promised. I think it looks great, my wife has no vision.
I'll start a thread with the re-build.
Thanks Aonemarine!!!

Your welcome Jammer. please do a thread id love to see it get done. I all ways thought it was a beautiful little lathe just needed a bit of paint. it will cut threads too, just have to switch the gears around. An electric drill will make a good drive motor in a pinch.

I got my kiln!!! its 18" id and 27" tall, but it comes apart in 3 sections and each one can be fired by its self. Time to get back into lost wax casting
I fired it up today, very smokey and steamy. i guess it had been sitting a long time.
It only cost me 80.00 usd so im pretty happy, I do plan on adding a digital temp controller to it so I can hold burn out times properly. funny thing is I only need one section of it lol. I wonder if you were building a furnace if you could buy one of these and just add a burner?....just a thought
