There are many thinggs that go into a "quality" part, the vacuum pump is for getting the air bubbles out of your investment, the argon is for degassing you metal. The argon is not all ways needed and im sure few on the forum would even bother with it.

Thanks! clear but as an example I use this machine for remove air bubbles and vacuum casting. If then the vacuum sucked through the plaster? Whether it has air vents in plaster?

The plaster (investment) is porus so air can escape thru it. when the flask of investment is set in the vacuum table and a vacuum is pulled on it the molten metal is sucked into the mold to help fill in all the little areas of fine detail.

Thanks! I remembered that Borax also degassing melting metal. Whether it can be used for casting? It may also come into investment?
