Good Adhesion Of Powder Coat To Casting 3 Years, 8 Months ago  
Hi. All.
Developing a new Aluminium Gravity Die Casting.
After casting & machinin - required chromate & powder coating.
Anyone has any advise for a good adhesion for the powder coat layer on to the part.

I have heard that you can heat the metal and sprinkle the powder on before bakeing it out if you don't have a static charge gun. I'm aiming to try it that way anyhow.
