man that Contenti brass is expensive 10.00 a lb jeez. well atleast one would know what alloy he had. I think ill just stay to my freealloy

zinc or pot metal can be found in old auto parts ,generally its chrome plated. galv. bars are available here from the welding supply places but they want over $130 a kilo! i just used up my supply casting my rail track. it has a low melt tempurature and it really picks up the detail. if you were to add copper to it you would have brass!
