With the weird twists and turns of life, it looks like I am actually going to be able to do this. I am going to be relocating to New Hampshire from Texas soon, wife landed sweet job, which will allow me to make the big leap without "betting the farm". Plowing snow in the winter and casting the rest of the time. That is how she sold me on moving up there. Just need to buy a new house with a shop or preferably build what I want. I will keep you all informed on how it goes.
