You used all castable, no insulation? That would be heavy. I have a 3/4" hotface backed up with 3" of ceramic blanket.
I shouldn't say anything about your wheels, I just got a big cart about 5' long. I'm going to have the whole set-up mobile. Furnace, blower, oil nozzle and oil tank. Hopefully I can roll it out, plug in the blower, hook up the air line and fire up.
Are you using any compressed air with yours? I use about 20 psi until it heats up and then I'll shut it off and let the blower feed it into the furnace. At least for lower temp melts anyway, for iron I will probably need the extra air.

Do I detect a little Engish in your english?

Wheels are good!!

The picture of mine with the flames is a drip waste oil nozzle. I preheated it with propane. I cranked up the oil for the picture, to see how high I could get the flames, and to freak out the neighbors.
I was borrowing a presurized nozzle, it didn't need preheat. Now everyone is out of stock. It's a Hago waste oil siphon nozzle. Specs say 5 psi but 20 works so much better. I had a little pressure in the oil tank too, it didn't seem to make that much difference.
I tried to get a hydraulic unit here at work but they said they were going to use it. Then a month later I saw it in the scrap yard.
I work in a steel mill. I did get to help clean out an old foundry we bought. I got a lot of nice bricks, some graphite stuff and some buckets of 12 year old 3200 degree F mortor. Also some strange stuff, I'll do a post on it later. That's where I got the ceramic blanket too. I could have got a lot more, but I would have had to find a new home.
