Hi everyone,

I am new with centrifugal casting method.
I want to ask you all a question. How long does it take to change one shape of mold to another shape of mold?

hi and welcome to the forum. checkout youtube as ive seen a excellent vid on this subject. ive yet to venture into this area myself but my understanding is ... you pre make as many molds as you need. place a mold into the machine,melt the metal and let it fly. remove the mold and do it again. making the molds take some time tho.

hi man,
in the foundry where I work it takes about 30-40 minutes to re-setup the machine
