i use photo bucket to host my pics. to post a pic here all i do is enter my photobucket account. click on pic and a forum code is displayed. i copy this and paste it into this board!  |

Ok here is day one, not much going on yet. I found the steel in a creek bottom it was free, just needed to be cleaned up a lil bit. Ill post more pic as soon as my son falls back asleep.

thats a great start im glad you got your pic problem sorted! that pile of scrap will do well for the frame and other bits. |

Well hers is what is what I have after day two, the pile of scrap is starting to look like something. As soon as I get the burner wired and all the plumbing ran ill be ready for the first test. For the furnace I found a pile of ceramic fire brick on craigslist for a dollar a brick, so its almost ready.

I should have another week or two till the first melt, but for now I have to take a few days off from the build. The next thing on the list is to oil tank, then wire the electric and plum the oil and propane. Ill post new pics as things come along.
