here is pic of mine. i found and old oxy torch handle/mixer and fitted the gas jet from an old bbq onto the end of it. i also had the good fortune that the bbq had stainless steel burners,so i cut of the burner and just use the air/gas intake part. one hose is hooked up to the gas bottle and the other to the air compressor at 100psi. i dont need a flare as i use charcoal/bbq fuel as well. to operate i just turn on the gas ,light it and insert it. this ignites the charcoal and so then turn up the gas. when things are going i open up the air pressure!!! my furnace now melts brass with ease!the burner works the same as all upwind/gas type burners except that i can adjust air/gas to a premium blast!!!
