Welcome to the forum!
Your post did not translate very well, but I'll try to answer some of your questions. A good aluminum to cast with can be found in automobile engine parts, intakes, pistons, or heads. They have a good amount of silicon in them. Make sure you don't have Magnesium parts by filing a spot and pouring a little vinegar or muratic acid on it, if it bubbles it's magnesium and may catch fire in your furnace.
The easiest way to get rid of bubbles in you metal is to melt your metal and cast it into ingots. then when you are ready to cast your parts, remelt the ingots and the bubbles aren't too bad. Or you can use a bubbler tube with Argon, I'm not sure how long you have to do it, not too long.
Find some books at a library on sand casting and pattern making.
Hope this helps.
